With New Zealand’s housing crisis, we needed to redefine what a ‘home’ is – no longer can everyone afford the quarter acre dream. We were tasked with creating a campaign and brand relaunch that inspired NZ to look at home and community when looking for a house.
Buying a home is confusing, stressful and time consuming, the biggest issue being affordability. People are crying out for someone who has their best interests at heart, be that the build quality, community fit, or investment return.
Universal Homes sold every home in their developments as this campaign ran.
